Delivery Zones/Shipping Information
At East Coast Gift Hampers we make every effort to ensure your gift is delivered to the recipient on your preferred delivery date, however this cannot always be guaranteed. Please choose your preferred date and rest assured, our team will do everything possible to meet this request. While we make every effort to have the gifts delivered on the preferred date, late delivery does not warrant a return or refund and is not a failure of our agreement.
Please try to choose a time where you know the recipient will be home. If no one is at home during delivery, your gift will be left in a safe place if authority to leave has been selected.
If your parcel has to be taken to a depot and a re-delivery fee is charged, this may be on-charged to you. This is also the case if there is an error in the input of the delivery address at time of order.
If an administrative error occurs on our end causing delays or incorrect delivery information, we will immediately redirect it to the correct address at our own cost.
Standard delivery with our couriers is Monday to Friday, anywhere from 9am – 5pm. Unfortunately an option for weekend delivery is not yet available.
If delivering to a business address, the gift may be handed to a staff member or reception of that business.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Your delivery charge will be added at the end of your purchase during online checkout.
If you are a corporate customer and are submitting a bulk order please call or email us so we can get you an accurate quote on shipping costs.
All complaints relating to non delivery must be received within 21 business days from delivery date. Complaints received after this time frame will be considered based on the Directors discretion.
East Coast Gift Hampers is closed on all Public Holidays that are recognised in Australia. Any orders placed on these dates will not be processed until the next business day.
